Match report A tale of what could have been if it wasn't for the rain.

County Hall put NCC in on a green top feeling they could get us out cheaply. But they obviously hadn't heard about our stella batting line up. Danny pulled up lame with a double thigh strain in the 5th over but someone else is always on hand to step up, this week saw a great partnership from Swampy and Amir to push us over 200 and leave CH deflated.

Stewie struck 3 times in the opening 7 overs to remove their top 3 and any chance of CH winning. A partnership formed between their Dolph Lundgren look-a-like and their captain, with some massive blows into the road. the partnership was broken by sunny and we were into the tail. Unfortunatley the rain came and went and came again and went again. We were on and off the field 7 times losing over each time.

The game became a farce with pockets of 5 overs played between rain delays, NCC picking up a wicket in each spell, but with 20 overs wiped off the innings time and light were against us and we finished 2 wickets away.
