Match report A weak NCC played Cockfosters and proved its not the quality of the 11 but the unity of 11 that counts. All 11 which contained many 2nds and 3rds played fought for every run in the field. There were misfields and drop catches and we probably gave Cockfosters 40 more runs than we thought we should have. After a Talk from Danny to the top 4 about applying themselves Dan & Cameron never looked back. They took the attack to Cockfosters who gave a four ball at least twice an over. Both Dan and Cameron celebrated their centuries before cam went for the glory hit with the scores tied, Dan finished it 3 balls later to produce a dominant win with only 5 1st team players available.

Well done to all the guys who were promoted to the 1sts today, without you we wouldn't have been able to win like we did.

Cam, well done on your first 1st XI league ton, top knock today buddy, Danny congrats to you too(your more used to batting accolades), another hundred. A great night in the bar, beer flowing and a great atmosphere from an amazing win.
