Match report Northowwod faced Ickenham at Duck hill Road and showed they are learning at the game. When bowling they bowled full and straight, when batting they played straight and hit the ball well. The gaem was started by two run outs by Jashan from behind the keeper and this put Ickenham behind from the start. A direct hit from the boundary also from Tyler was a great hit and with these two and Kabir taking two wickets a piece and the rest bowling extremely tight, Northwood were in charge at 207 off the 16 overs with 10 wicket taken.

Northwood then batted with authority with Sam Pragnell leading from the front out scoring his partner Ben Sarge. Then the middle order with only one wicket being taken put us in a strong position. Kabir and Sabarish then took us through to the end again not losing any wickets up to 274 for only one wicket in the 16 overs and a win for Northwood.,

Seems like we are learning not to get out play straight and bowl straight. A few things need working on, backing up whilst batting, walking in with the bowler and when one of our fielders is throwing in the ball. WE will come up against stronger opposition so lets be ready for when that happens.
