A dominating and pleasing performance, albeit against 9 men, and completed in almost comically dark conditions!

After one exquisite cover drive from Charlie H, Ben was straight away into his stride, while James seemed to not quite at his best but still reeled off 2 huge sixes before being out for 29. Kabir and Ben then really dominated, with Ben making a fine 50 and Kabir not quite having the time to get there.

Ben and Tyler opened the bowling in aggressive fashion, quickly reducing Eastcote to 22-3, before we had to turn to slower bowlers with the light fading. The spinners Charlie M and Sab picked up wickets, while Ugan and Jashan were very tidy. The final knockings enabled Manav and Yuv to join the wicket column as well. James at slip and Kabir in the deep held fine catches.
